Stefano is a chartered accountant, auditor and journalist. He has been providing tax and corporate consulting services to medium and large-sized Italian companies and international groups since 1990.

• He is an expert on extraordinary business transactions, M&A and succession, and has extensive experience in tax litigation. He has conducted several business valuations, sworn appraisals and extensive due diligence work.
• Stefano Poggi Longostrevi has been contributing articles to Italian national newspaper “Corriere della Sera” and tax journals for many years. He is a regular speaker at conferences on tax, corporate law, extraordinary business transactions and succession. He has been a lecturer for Master in Taxation at the Cattolica University of Milan since 2012.
• He is an Expert of the Commissione Norme di Comportamento e di comune interpretazione in materia tributaria dell’Associazione italiana Dottori Commercialisti. (Italian Institute of Chartered Accountants’ Committee on Professional Conduct and Interpretation in relation to Taxation).
• He is also Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors and Statutory Auditor of several Italian organizations, including listed companies.
