Stefano is a chartered accountant, auditor and journalist, and he has been a tax and corporate consultant for domestic and international groups since 1990.

• He currently holds the office of Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors or Statutory Auditor in several organizations, including listed companies, and sits on the Supervisory Board of large Italian Companies.
• He has considerable expertise in corporate organisation and internal control, as well as company policy development and improvement. He is one of the founders of the SIGMAGEST Group, a long-established consultancy specializing in corporate organisation, administrative outsourcing and risk consulting.
• He has significant experience as a journalist, with hundreds of tax articles published in Italian national newspaper “Corriere della Sera” and several Ipsoa WKI journals. He is the author of numerous successful tax and accounting publications.
